	The NECCR is a registered charity which was founded by parents to raise money for research into childhood cancer. Much of the research is carried out at the Sir James Spence Institute and the Northern Institute for Cancer Research in Newcastle.

The Greggs 31st Children's Cancer Run and family picnic, in support of the NECCR will take place at Newcastle Racecourse and Conference Centre on Sunday 19th May 2013. Find out more about the Greggs Children's Cancer Run.
