August is a very special month for the family and friends of Louis Anderson. Not only did Louis turn 13, but it is also 10 years since he was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma aged 3 years old.
To mark the occasion family and friends of Louis embarked on a sponsored walk from Newcastle’s RVI hospital to Sacriston Colliery Cricket Club. They were joined by James McDermott, who was also diagnosed with Neuroblastoma in 2009. Both boys have a fantastic network of fundraising friends and family.
Continuing their relentless fundraising the families are now approaching a total of £10,000 raised for the NECCR.
Thank you to all involved- and well done boys. You are both inspirational!
